How much do you charge and how long does it last ?

I charge £60 per 50 minute weekly session.

How old do I have to be ?

I work with adults aged 18 and over.

What happens when I get in touch?

I’ll offer a free twenty minute consultation via Zoom or ‘phone. It’s a chance for us to talk about what you’re looking for and to see whether I feel like the right therapist for you.

Are sessions face to face or online?

I offer both. We can meet in person in Ealing or online — whichever works best for you.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is confidential, except in rare circumstances where there’s a risk of serious harm. I’ll explain this fully in our first session.

How long do I need to come for?

That really depends on you. Some people come for a short time, others for longer-term work. We’ll review together as we go, and you’re free to stop at any time.

What happens if I have to cancel a session?

If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, there’s no charge and we can rearrange.

When and how do I pay?

You pay on the day of your session at the latest - by bank transfer or cash.

What can I expect at our first session?

The first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and agree how we might work together.

What happens in a counselling session?

You’ll be listened to — carefully, and without judgement. I won’t give advice or try to fix you. Instead, I’ll support you to slow down, explore what’s going on, and begin to make more sense of things in your own way.

Do you offer couples therapy?

No, I currently only work with individuals.
